Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC (CMIA) is located at 225 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110 and serves as investment manager to the ETFs, as well as other open-end and closed-end funds in the Columbia Family of Funds. CMIA is an SEC-registered investment adviser that offers investment products and services under the names Columbia Management Investments, Columbia Management Capital Advisers and Seligman Investments. Investment management experience covers all major asset classes, including equity securities, fixed-income securities and money market instruments.
The Russell 1000 Value Index is an unmanaged index of those stocks in the Russell 1000 Index with lower price-to-book ratios and lower forecasted growth values. The Russell 1000 and Russell 1000 Value Indices are registered trademarks of Frank Russell Company. An investor cannot invest directly in an index.
The Russell 1000 Growth Index measures the performance of those Russell 1000 companies with higher price-to-book ratios and higher forecasted growth values. An investor can not invest directly in an index.
The Barclays Capital 3-15 Year Blend Municipal Bond Index tracks the performance of municipal bonds issued after December 31, 1990 with remaining maturities between 2 and 17 years and at least $5 million in principal amount outstanding. An investor cannot invest directly in an index.
The Barclays Capital Aggregate Bond Index is made up of the Barclays Capital U.S. Government/Corporate Bond Index, Mortgage-Backed Securities Index, and Asset-Based Securities Index, including securities that are of investment grade quality or better, have at least one year to maturity, and have an outstanding par value of at least $100 million. An investor cannot invest directly in an index.
